AI-assisted internal tools for e-commerce teams.

I help e-commerce teams and agencies turn prompt chaos, spreadsheets, and fragile automations into reliable software their team can actually use.

10+ years in e-commerce and operations, plus 3+ years of hands-on software development.

The Problem

AI workflows are useful. Until the team depends on them.

Most teams do not start by building software. They start with something simple: a useful prompt, a spreadsheet, a custom GPT, or an n8n/Make/Zapier automation.

Using the same prompt every week and changing it by hand is like writing invoices in Word. It works. But it is not a system.

Once the workflow becomes part of daily work, the cracks show:

  • Prompts get copied and edited by hand
  • Product data spread across files
  • Outputs not saved cleanly
  • Spreadsheets become unofficial internal tools
  • Automations failing silently
  • No clear version history
  • One person knows how it works
The Solution

How messy workflows become internal tools

Most fragile workflows do not need a full rebuild from day one. The first step is to take what already works and give it structure.

Prompt chaos guided workflow

Instead of copying prompts from documents and changing product data by hand, the process gets fixed inputs, saved context, and repeatable steps.

Spreadsheet workflow database-backed tool

Instead of using spreadsheets as a half-broken internal system, the workflow gets proper data, statuses, filters, history, and cleaner ownership.

Fragile automation controlled system

Instead of silent n8n, Make, or Zapier failures, the process gets logging, error visibility, retry options, and manual control where needed.

AI prototype usable software

Instead of relying on a quick AI-built prototype that nobody wants to maintain, the useful parts get cleaned up, structured, and turned into software your team can actually use.

Offers

Ways to work together

Start with a small audit, stabilize one workflow, or build an AI-assisted internal tool when the process is already business-critical.

AI Workflow / Automation Audit

€500–€1,500

Find out where your current AI workflow, automation, spreadsheet, or prototype is fragile.

Best for

  • Messy prompt workflows
  • Fragile n8n / Make / Zapier flows
  • Spreadsheet-heavy processes

Result

Clear next step: keep it manual, stabilize it, or turn it into software.

Stabilization Sprint

€2,500–€7,500

Stabilize one repeated workflow that is becoming too fragile, manual, or hard to run.

Best for

  • Repeated business process
  • Broken or unstable automation
  • AI workflow that needs structure

Result

One process becomes less fragile and less dependent on copy-paste.

AI-Assisted Internal Tool Build

€7,500–€20,000+

Build a focused internal tool around an AI-assisted or operations workflow that is already business-critical.

Best for

  • Repeated e-commerce workflows
  • Internal operations tools
  • Processes used by the team

Result

A reliable internal tool built around how your team actually works.

Website Without WordPress

€1,500–€3,500

A clean, fast business website without WordPress, plugin updates, or unnecessary backend complexity.

Best for

  • Small business websites
  • Service pages
  • Landing pages

Result

A static website that is easy to maintain and does not depend on constant plugin updates.

Projects

Selected work

A few examples of the kind of systems I build:

Listegy

AI-guided Amazon listing workflow for text, image, and infographic generation.

Infographics Background Generator

n8n workflow used to generate persona-based background scenes for e-commerce visuals.

Expensior

Expense and payment tool replacing spreadsheet-heavy tracking.

Personalized Video Page

Lightweight outreach landing page for sending personalized sales videos with a direct booking CTA.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who do you work with?

I mostly work with e-commerce teams, Amazon sellers, agencies, and small businesses that already use AI workflows, spreadsheets, automations, or internal tools, but need a more reliable system their team can actually use.

What kind of workflows do you help with?

Repeated workflows around product data, listing content, prompt libraries, spreadsheets, operations, reporting, and internal processes. The common pattern is simple: the workflow already exists, but it needs more structure, reliability, or a proper internal tool.

Do you replace n8n, Make, or Zapier?

Not by default. If an automation works well, it should stay. I only recommend rebuilding parts as software when the workflow becomes too important, too fragile, or too hard to control.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. That is usually the best way to start. One workflow is easier to understand, scope, stabilize, and turn into a clear next step.

Do you only work with e-commerce companies?

E-commerce is my strongest background, but I can also help agencies and small businesses with similar workflow problems.

What do you not do?

I do not offer generic AI trend consulting, enterprise transformation programs, or “more prompts” as the final solution. The goal is practical systems, not more complexity.

Which stack do you use?

For internal tools, I mainly work with Laravel, Vue, Inertia, Tailwind, SQLite/MySQL/PostgreSQL, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows. For static websites, I use Astro and Tailwind.

What happens after I book a call?

You show me the workflow or project. We talk through what currently works, where it breaks, and what the cleanest next step could be. If there is a fit, I suggest a clear next step: audit, sprint, full build, or website.

Ready to build an internal tool your team can actually use?

Bring one messy workflow. I’ll help you decide whether it should stay manual, be stabilized, or become reliable software.
